Cabinet full after order

Hi
I’ve placed an order for plusnet internet.

I have now seen the cabinet is full after being provided a phone number.

Am I doomed?

@Yinz  Welcome to the forum.

If Openreach have accepted the order then it’s possible that you were allocated the last available port.

Let's hope that is the case. Is there anyway to know if ooenreach have accepted the order?
