Awaiting engineer another appointment

Broadband new customer. Been awaiting a second engineer appointment since 22nd September. Tickets not being answered. Please call my mobile or email to make appointment.

Normal Customer Services line  0800 432 0200 telling you to try again later.  Solution. Phoned Sales number, 0800 013 2632 who answered after holding for 30 minutes. They transferred me internally to Engineering and was on hold for a further 15 minutes, but problem then solved.
