I've been seeing a bunch of complaints about reward cards not being issued etc
I have signed up to Plusnet with the 140£ reward as part of the package but I can't see it mentioned anywhere, email correspondence or contract. Can't find anything about it on my online account either. All I want to ask is for Plusnet staff to check my account for evidence of my eligibility to receive the 140£ reward.

My broadband only went live yesterday and I am aware of the 10 days that it might take to receive the email. I just wanted someone to verify that, in fact, my account states I am due the voucher since there's no mention of it anywhere on email or my costumer account.

I have also just signed up for Full Fibre 145 because I was offered Amazon Card plus £140 reward card. However, I no longer see any mention of the Amazon Card and the £140 reward card, on my Contract docs, that encouraged me to switch from BT in the first place. I am still awaiting a reply from Plusnet Support regarding this problem. Very frustrating as if I dont get it I may decide to withdraw.

Has it been more than 10 working days from been active ?
From the Faq "You'll normally receive this within 10 working days of your service being activated."

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Hi,
I should have added that my initial Application online failed . I only noticed this as the Payment of £24.99 was showing as Pending on my Bank Account. When I phoned about this it was insisted that I had to re-apply whilst on the phone. Unfortunately this phone application resulted in me not getting the Amazon Card and £140 reward card attached to my Account. I then momentarily had two Plusnet Payments Pending on my Bank Account. Hopefully it will be sorted today otherwise.......
