My account has been deleted twice due to problems and I was wondering if my referral from my sister in law was still in place. My username is obviously different so does she need to reapply or do I need to do anything?

I am very sorry to see the previous issues you have had with getting your account set up. I apologise for the frustration caused.
I have now looked into your referral issue and have escalated this to our incident management team to roll out a fix on the account when its created. I have informed your case handler @Gandalf as well on ticket.
