Line Rental Charge

I recently asked for a BT Sport payment adjustment to be made on my account (due to the lack of Sport!) and this has been applied on my latest bill but it appears that a £18.99 line rental charge has now been mistakenly appeared this month even though I have line rental saver in place.

Can this be fixed please?

Thanks for your reply ....... I replied to your update and attached a screenshot to the Help Assistant reply

If I go to the link you have supplied, it states I have Line Rental Sver up until 5/11/20 - see attached screenshot. I have had no renewal notice sent recently and even if it has expired I have no way of renewing it as there are obviously no available links on the page.
