Fibre Broadband charge not appearing on my bill
My fibre broadband service commenced at the end of January. A direct debit was been set up but no payments have ever been taken (I know I shouldn't complain about that!). Looking at the five bills I've had since it appears to be missing a charge for my fibre broadband. As this forum appears to be the only way of contacting anyone (no answer to phone calls and web chat is constantly offline) could someone please rectify this before I end up with a hefty bill through no fault of mine.
