Apparently you have not been taking the correct payment from my account for the last 6 months and have now attempted to backcharge me. Yet when I look through this forum Plusnet stated that that they would only charge for the last 90 days.
The OFCOM Metering and Billing Direction also states that you can only backcharge for 4 months.
So what is the current policy?
