Contract end date

Hi

 

Having a look at my member centre / account earlier, I cannot see any contract end date for either my broadband / home phone service OR my line rental saver.

Is there anyway of finding out when I'm free to leave Plusnet without having to speak to them?

 

Now the Plusnet TV service has finished there are no ties so I'd like to look elsewhere for a deal.

When I log in to my account it’s on the opening page under Contract. I’m surprised LRS is still running.

I don't even have anything that says CONTRACT when I log in via Edge or Firefox

How strange - Just logged in to my account & the dashboard has now completely changed compared to any time I've logged in during the past, its like someone at Plusnet has suddenly flicked a switch & changed the design, colours & fonts 🤔

Yeah I noticed this last night when logging into one of my accounts.

As you can see, we've done a big redesign of the homepage of the member centre. Smiley
