My friend, who is an existing customer, would like to change her contract to a cheaper one as she only needs a landline phone connection and a basic broadband for email and surfing internet. If I ask you the questions on her behalf could you just answer through me, as she does not know how to log on to the forum? No personal details will be revealed.
