Hi @ffox,
I'm sorry to hear that this issue is persisting. Please can you attempt to log into the account whilst connecting via a different network, such as a friend or neighbour's Wi-Fi, or through a mobile network?

I've just tried another password and have got in OK. All is well now - thanks for your suggestions.

As the Change Password facility on the member centre you acknowledged did not work I used the work around link you gave me.
That appeared to work and the router is still connected.
BUT I cannot relog in to the member centre with the new password or use the new password on the mail app on my machine.
I WAS able to login direct on the plusnet webmail with the new password!!!!
Please can you assist.
PS I tried the member centre password system and it still does not work!!!

I now see part of what has gone wrong.
The software put my Broadband ID as my Webmail address in the webmail!!!
I have tried various combinations to log in on the Broadband login page but to no avail using the new password and the old one.

It cannot be sorted as the change password programme has put my Broadband ID on my webmail ID???

1. I changed the password using the forgotten password procedure and did not use special chrs. It worked!!! The JOY.
2.The webmail now works. It was just that it must have been years since I logged directly onto the web site and had forgotten how it worked.
Now, as my contract runs out soon, I'll have to speak to you about that!!!
