When I try to change my password an error message is given me.
The message is: Response Code 403
What does this mean?
Fixed! Go to the fix.

I am sorry to hear you're having issues changing your account password. Can you confirm if this error message occurs on different browsers when trying to amend the password?

I had used Safari but this time used Chrome which gave the same error message, that is " Response code 403".
The web page was https://www.plus.net/my.html?action=change_password&s=0

I can't log in to my Broadband account. My old password was not accepted so I changed it. The change was acknowledged by email.
I still can't log in using either the new or the old password. I've tried on Edge and Chrome.
Edit: The error message is "Invalid username or password".

If you're using special characters - "£$%^ etc then this is probably why it's failing.
Plusnet have raised this and it is being worked on - no timescale as to when it will be rectified.

No special characters in either password Any other ideas?

Cleared cache, cookies and saved passwords in Edge and switched adblocker off. No change - still can't log on with old and/or new passwords.

Hello Guys,
Please can you try alternative deviuces and failing that try a password reset without any special characters. If the issue persists after 2 hours of changing the password, please get back to us.

I have the same problem attempting to log in on an Android tablet. As I said before, there are no special characters in either of my old or new passwords.
