I'm currently experiencing the (seemingly popular) billing issue on my account which is now stopping me renewing my line rental saver as I get a message that I have to wait for the next bill to be generated. Could I have some official feedback on both issues please? Thanks
I'm sorry to see you're also affected. We're still working to get the issue resolved. We'll be in touch when it has been to arrange payment and get the matter fully finalised with you as soon as that's been fixed.
In case you were wondering we won't be looking to arrange billing for any more than 3 months as I noticed we're getting close to when would be the next invoice date.
