Hi All, I am still bring overcharged for my broadband package. I have spoken with Plusnet support and have been told it is an on going issue and that I will be credited/refunded all monies overcharged, but no one has any idea how long this will take. I am being overcharged around £12 per month. Looking at the forums it appears this issue has been going on since around Sep/Oct last year. Does it really take this long to resolve the billing issues?
