Cannot view bill in new billing system

Just moved to Plusnet today and getting this message since this morning when I try to access my account online. Is this usual with Plusnet?

Plusnet are in the process of updating their billing system so you may see the above message over the weekend.

Still says we will be back soon when you try to login to your account and if you click on the link for status updates there is nothing about the portal being down.
The most recent update is from a week ago.

Billing system gone to pot?

Don't know what's going on a PlusNet (tried phoning them twice, can't tell me anything, plusnet help is not responding to tweets or direct messages), although it seems like the billing system has gone to pot.

Have been a PlusNet customer for over a decade, pay by direct debit, money goes out of my account regular as clockwork.  Until this morning wake up to an email saying my bill hasn't been paid and then later this morning I get  text saying my bill for my monthly broadband payment hasn't been paid?
Nothing has changed my end, sufficient funds in my account and PlusNet are telling me nothing.

Very unimpressed with this and am genuinely worried I may lost my phone/broadband.

Anyone else having any billing issues?

Plusnet are currently updating their billing system which is a major project.

They have said that some bills for this month will be delayed.

Oh right, I wish they'd told me that when I phoned up.
Also the sending of emails and texts saying my bill hasn't been paid is certainly alarming.

I've already paid twice for my BT Sport app this month as a result of this and only really questioned what was going on when my monthly broadband seemed not to have failed.

These things should be better communicated.
But thank you very much for the reply.

Why dont plusnet use that link on the webpage they show when you try to login to the portal? Instead they have a link that takes you a different page.

That's a good point since Service Status is meant for events that affect large numbers of users, and Member Centre availability will generally fall into that category. On the other hand Service Information is for events affecting smaller numbers of users.

Something to be looked at when the current billing transformation settles in.
