The wired speeds aren't helping the packet loss issue however of still 96%. Trying the GeForce now web browser version and its painfully slow trying to load so I feel that my ISP Plusnet is somehow throttling access to their servers somehow even though they said they weren't. Or the settings on my Realtek PCle Gbe Family Controller ethernet adapter are doing something have already turned off all the power saving ones to no difference
Uninstalled the ethernet device and driver and then went on Realtek website and got the latest one and installed it and zero packets lost! It had been the 2023 driver and update wasn't finding the new one dated 2026.
