Cannot view account information

When I try to view the "Offers & Upgrades" or "Manage Account" pages on my account, I cannot view these pages as the error below is displayed.

"An error has occurede. You can't change your products for the moment, you already have a product change in progress.
 
Can you help me with this.

@Stevenh84 As I have said in reply to many similar questions, this is due to a systematic failure in Plusnets accounts system. it will hopefully get picked up and corrected here by one of the Help Team.

I've had a look for you and I've cleared the error so you should be able to view your account pages normally.

Let me know if there are any issues.
