Call plan change date

I've recently changed my call plan to unlimited anytime calls. The change date on the confirmation page was 2nd April, but the confirmation email says 30th April. Is there any possibility of having this applied with immediate effect?

A new or changed call plan normally starts on the next billing date.

Some Plusnet staff can intervene to make it immediate. Have a look to see who's online at the bottom od this page and try PMing one.
