It's saying my bill is £46 ish a month but it's not put the discount on I'm suppose to have, when I signed up it was suppose to be £24 approx due to discount, this is 2nd issue I've had since signing up so can the discount be applied to my account please as someone has overlooked it

I'm really sorry for the confusion over your account and for the frustrations this will be causing.
I have mulled over the account and I can only see the email here in relation to the contract.
Can you PM me a screen shot of the welcome email you received so that I can get this sorted.
