No Mobile Phone Signal

I’ve had no phone signal since Friday… The system does not allow for online chat (it’s automated!)… so how can I ring to query when my only phone is my mobile phone?! The coverage checker just drops out with an error message when you try to use it! What am I meant to do? Very frustrating!! 😠 I live in the Chorley area. Anyone else having issues? Help!!

Plusnet uses the EE network.
Does the EE status checker report an issue for your locality ?

Thanks Richard… it didn’t really help unfortunately… I managed to get a signal outside the area and spoke to Plusnet. Apparently my local 4G mast is under repair with “no end date”! Plusnet were very apologetic but sadly, as this issue has no end date, I’m not sure what to do! I may have to look at other providers 😐
