Voicemail problems

Morning,

 

 

Since joining plusnet I noticed we did not have voicemail on our line, having not checked that this was a feature of our plan I did not give it much thought and turned on our answer machine. However I have just noticed that this is a feature and it happens to be turned on, yet it is not working.

 

Can someone please look into this for me? If I dial 1571 I receive a message saying this line does not support this feature.

Sorry to see voicemail is active on your account but not on your line.

 

I've placed an order to get this activated, it should be active later today for you.
