How long does it take to enable Voicemail Extra?
I turned it on a two days ago and immediately Voicemail gets turned off and Voicemail Extra seems stuck in the waiting for activation state.
It's a bit inconvenient not having any voicemail service at all.
Fixed! Go to the fix.

Hi there,
Welcome to the forums. I've checked and the order for Voicemail Extra didn't go through fully, I've manually corrected that and you should be able to use it within the next couple of hours.
