I'm trying to renew my line rental saver via the links in the Plusnet email I received but the links contained therein don't work!
Please advise. Thanks

My line rental saver is due renewal end of December but I have unfortunately deleted the reminder email. Help.

Many thanks, can I just confirm that if I renew now payment will not begin until my renewal date.

If by 'payment not begin' you're referring to when the money will be taken when you renew then I'm afraid that's not the case.
When you renew the line rental saver the payment is taken there and then.
Once you've done this it will then kick in after the current one expires

I tried to make a Line rental saver payment.
The 1st attempt failed I tried again only to find that the account showed both payments taken!!!
The bank has refunded me one of the payments pending investigation.
This morning I find you have taken the full monthly line payment!!!!
This problem is the subject of a support team question but I no longer get a response on that.
There is no support chat line and the phone is not answered.
Apart from activating a full complaint, what advice or resolution can you give me.

I have received a reminder email regarding renewal Line Rental saver.
I have looked at my account and I am unable to see what I had paid last year for the LRS. I was able to see the history of all my payments to PN, including my line rental payments for last number of years. Where can I find the history of all my payments?
Please help, as I find the new arrangement is missing a lot of vital information and I would like to see the history my account.
