I had an email to remind me that my current line rental saver is about to expire & the email included a link to renew it.
I click the link in the email & I'm informed I already have active line rental saver & there's no option to renew it.
Am I as a current line rental saver customer able to renew this OR has Plusnet also removed this service option?

I would get on the phone to the Customer Options team 0800 013 2632 and talk to someone pronto.
I'v fixed the problem for you now, can you try renewing at plus.net/rentalsaver?
You'll have until the end of the week to renew for one final year before we withdraw line rental saver.
