Block unanswered calls

I have recently been receiving many 'international calls' and when answered they hang up with no message. I have been told that these are computer dialling robots that generate random phone numbers and if answered pass the number on as a genuine number to suspicious gangs! I already use Call Protect but this only allows you to divert answered calls, so, is it possible to enter numbers into the system without answering them first?

There are several options to block by call type eg 'International'.
