Call Protect enabled but 1572 not working

Hi, Call Protect is shown as "Currently Active" on my Call Features page, but when I try 1572 I just get a message saying "the service can not be connected". Do i need to do anything else or can this be fixed please?

Have you only recently activated the Plusnet Call Protect?
Do you have any other calling features active at the moment?

We would expect this to be up and running for you by now @GwenR, so I'd recommend reaching back out to the team, and they can take a look into why this is happening, and work to get this sorted.
