I'm really sorry for the confusion we've had over here regarding this.

I am happy to confirm we've now sent the cheque, which you should receive within 14 days at the latest.

I apologise that the cheque wasn't sent previously. We didn't raise the request in the right way but I can confirm that we have done now and it should be with you soon.

Cheque finally arrived and has been cleared.
