Caller ID does not work for receiving calls

New to Plusnet, not sure if I am using the forum correctly.  Just want Caller ID tostart working for incoming calls, OK for outgoing.

Hi there,

Welcome firstly to Plusnet and our Community Forums. 

I've had a look into your account and while caller display is showing as active, it's not enabled in our suppliers systems, so I've placed an order to fix that. Should be working for you within the next hour. 

Let me know if you have further issues or there's anything else you'd need help with.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role.

Hello, Apologies for hijacking this thread.

I’ve got the same problem as B8k above. Caller display stopped working after change from EE to Plusnet.

The option is turned on in my home phone settings.

PLEASE can one of your Plusnet technical wizards sort this out.
