Yes rang several times
The problem is getting someone different, giving different answers etc
Got someone today who looked at the backend and did it.
The website gets stuck and causes errors.......good for a ISP to have bad code isnt it?
Now im fighting for my gift card .........which again im getting different information every time i speak to someone .different

@carlos100, Sorry for the issues you've had and I'm glad that your call features are sorted now. As for a gift card, from what I can see your account hasn't tracked on a cashback or reward card offer. Did you sign up direct through us or a 3rd party?

See this is the problem im having every time !!
1 person from PN says 1 thing then another says something opposite.
If only you could all read from the same book ....maybe just maybe things could be better
Ive been told already by one person , yes your account does fit the gift card and i will forward it to higher, then someone else says its gonna take 90 days thats how it always work............now your saying im not signed up to it.
I started off on ustwitch which clearly said £75 then the first PN operator said it was £90 blah blah blah
Im waiting 1 more week then if im not ok with the result im probably gonna cancel and move somewhere else
This has been the worse ever in my entire moves to date
OMG now ive just noticed some one has added call barring to my account ...........which ive never asked for.
Im too scared to remove myself because the website which is obviously broken

I am really sorry if you were given incorrect information but I can confirm your account hasn't tracked on a cashback offer.
Digging into the offer itself, it was that of a direct offer through our site rather than via a 3rd party, so if you believe you went through USwitch, then it is likely that the online signup hasn't tracked through them.
This can commonly be due to the cookies on your device. Did you browse to any other websites while signing up?
It's also generally a good idea to clear cookies & cache before starting the online purchase that includes cashback and making sure you have no other tabs/windows open and you don't stray away from the order journey like click on a different offer or press the back button in the web browser.
As for your call features, before I go and make more changes, could you tell me specifically which ones you want?

How do I know your right , from my entire time here so far with everyone lying or making "mistakes"?

I've placed an order to take call barring off which should mean you're left with caller display, voicemail and call protect. This should be done within a hour but it may take a few hours for your account to update.
I understand you've lost faith in us and I'll see what I can do to regain that trust. Can you private message me the page you went through when you signed up so I can investigate further please?

The cheques in the post it must be postal strike delays
Dear Mr blah blah, I've discussed this with colleagues from our billing team and the cheque hasn't been processed yet, however I have got the ball rolling for you now. Once I have an update within 24 to 48 hours, I'll let you know.
How much more incompetent can plusnet get?
Would it be easier to talk to the cleaners and sort it out....just saying
