Im not a fan of VR and i dont think its going to take off as much as they had hoped.. altho i could be wrong.

the last time i used a VR kit it was part of a full body suit in a dedicated sim room (padded everything) the suit lasted for 20 minutes of "play time" before it needed to go back in the charging rack but it was way better than the rift style helmet only gear

i suspect that for VR to truly work its going to need direct brain hook-ups and probably suspension tanks so your not screwing your body up too much, not that i'm in a position to use a rift setup these days the wheelchair would likely cause problems or i'd roll over a wire and break my neck.....

that said i suspect that it will take off especially if the public ever gets hold of the old prototype gear in a modern package (VR has been around in one form or another for a few decades even if the old kits had really poor displays)

been playing solstice chronicles, surge and reruns of tw3 and DA:I (really hope both of those get new versions soon)

Re: Top 3 games list

3. GTA 5

When that game first came out I spent about 2 months of my life on it.

Breaking into the army base and commandeering a chopper was always fun.

For the avoidance of doubt, in no way is this post a reflection upon Plusnet or anything outside of the game. Smiley
