eh?  What's that got to do with the white screen diagnosis?

nobody cares about a blank screen,what we want is for plusnet to sort all these gaming problems.there is no point coming on this forum about lag because plusnet cant do nothing.i asked about my contract so i can check when i can go.i expected a more helpful answer

My question was directed to bolt786 as he was reporting DNS issues.
Are you seeing DNS issues as well?
Considering we aren't see other reporting DNS issues, this points to something wrong bolt786's line or set up.

sorry to moan but i get the same problems as bolt786 because of lag there is no point gaming.

@ ghos7em1 - You need one of the DCT guys to do a GEA test on your connection. It may be that your gaming issues are related to DLM intervening and turning interleaving on. Have you ever had good gaming or has it always been an issue? How long have you been with PN?

before plusnet i was with bt upgraded from adsl to fttc,with bt for 2 years ping always 11 and never had problems with my line profile on fast path.been with plusnet for 16 months and 15 months of that i was on fast path.since plusnet had outage i got put on interleaved.yes ive had lag and problems when hosting but that could be plusnet traffic management or some kind of deep packet inspection,which i know plusnet use.

On the gaming though - with Plusnet, has this always been a problem or something that has been an issue recently?

before i could play,now im on interleaved every game is lagfest if this continues ill leave when my contract is up.ill give it a month to see if my speed increases if not ill search for different isp

Ok that clears things up - so things were fine for you until a couple of weeks ago (which coincided with the PN outage).
I would raise a fault ticket, explain that you're having problems gaming due to interleaving being placed on your line.

Gaming was fine until about two weeks ago, when a fuse blew, and the hub had to be re-started. I don't think my issue is an interleaving issue, as I'm literally a stone's throw away from the exchange, my router stats are below:

Well if both of you started with the problem two weeks ago, then the issue could be linked.

After back and forth over the last few days, proving details and wireshark captures, my ticket has been "resolved" by Plusnet, with the answer, "traffic is being correctly identified as titanium", that's it, nothing else.
What am I supposed to do with this answer, it doesn't mean anything to me or all those Plusnet customers with similar gaming lag/latency issues. If the issue was only with FiFA, then it could simply be put down to dodgy EA servers, but it's not only EA, so something needs to be done, or Plusnet will be losing a lot of customers.

Something has clearly happened/changed for this problem to start two weeks ago - question is going to be what?
Have you tried changing gateways to see if that makes any difference on performance? Can you try a BNG vs a AG (you can check your gateway here - http://usertools.plus.net/@gateway/)?
It's also worth the DCT checking your line to see if there are any line issues they can see that might impact your gaming.
