FIFA 14 Crazy Input Lag - Please Help

Can you please put my line profile to fastpath?, as everything was working fine, until a week ago, when a fuse went and took out the electricity, until then the home hub had been connected for a good 3 months, after restarting it, I started experiencing these issues, so it leads me to believe it could be a line profile issue, can someone please look into it for me, and if possible, put me onto fastpath, as the lag/button delay is driving me nuts.

yeah, that normal.  the *s are just because the routers aren't replying (which is normal) and the spike at hop 5 is just tha trouter being slow in replying because it is doing other things.  If it was causing a problem, you'd see the same latency on hops below it.
You didn't answer my question about DNS?

I have my DNS servers set to opendns, if I use the normal plusnet ones, there is a huge difference between page load speeds, opendns or even google dns are far superior to the plusnet dns servers.
Anyway, is anything actually being done about the latency/lag issues plaguing plusnet customers?, I ask because I am being rebutted at every chance, this is obviously not an isolated incident, changing routers, dmz, upnp, port forwarding etc etc, does not make an iota of difference, the problem lies squarely with plusnet/bt, but is anything actually being done, or is plusnet's company line, the same as BT's, which is "we've tested our network, and can find no issues"?

Still lagging, horrendous latency and ping, yet my brother and friends who are with competitors have no such issues with FIFA, come on Plusnet, don't let this thread end, like the countless others without resolution, at least give us gamers something to go on.

Can you post a traceroute when your ping is horrendous?
Just saying things are bad isn't enough to go on.

We don't have other people complaining of the same issues with DNS.  That points to something we can look at.

some web pages dont display so you have to reload the web page,i get that alot dont know if its dns issue or bad router

Which browser? Is there an error message when the page doesn't load?

using explorer and bing if im on xbox,i will get a blank page.it dont really bother me cus i mostly game

I have added a uotrace and a tracert is below, still horrible lag/latency making gameplay impossible, getting really frustrated with Plusnet.
Also I note, their are loads of unknown hops on the route to EA servers, so who knows, what the ping/latency is with them.

to be fair m8 hh3 dont reply to pings so wouldnt use it for gaming,and upnp will stop working every few days.anyone know how i can check my contract to see how long i have left?
