Better Latency

Hi,
I just got activated today and my pings are still not what I would like, I am getting around 70ms in all UK servers.
Can i try with interleaving turned off, and how would I go about doing this?

You need to raise a ticket to have interleaving removed, https://portal.plus.net/wizard/index.html?help_action=tdl01

No need for a ticket theres an option in connections settings, if not https://portal.plus.net/my/account_maintenance/interleaving_control.html is a direct link

Some do, some don't.. depends what package you are on.

i got the interleaving on member centre when upgraded to max upload and on changing to unlimited i got ip static menu.
on the minus side thoe alot more things have gone than bein added
