Hi @iangilf
I'm sorry to hear that the engineer visit wasn't productive - I've asked one of my colleagues to investigate this further and contact you accordingly.
Best wishes
Dave

hes the same engineer that turned up a few months ago and said exactly the same thing my wife said to me i dont want him back here he doesnt do anything the engineer who swapped the cable up the post to the property said last time it needed a port change but we are unable to do this as the fault was already closed so he said raise another fault and we would get this done for you so i have after a couple of months and this bone idol engineer turns up and does nothing at all apart from plug the machine he uses into the test socket lol
winds me up i should keep calm though as i know what some people are like and cant be bothered
thanks randall will wait for you

please book another engineer appointment either for tomorrow or friday thankyou but please do not allow that same engineer to come here and tell me the same again

Hi @iangilf,
Thanks for your feedback.
Sorry to be a pain, but could you respond to the ticket with your specific availability, rather than here? We're unable to accept engineer requests etc via social media (for reasons which I hope you appreciate).
Just let us know when you've done so and we'll get this booked in.
Best wishes
Dave

Thanks for that, while I'm afraid we have no say on which engineer our suppliers assign this to, I have made sure this has been booked back in for one of your requested dates and have sent confirmation of the account via your account.
