Speed drop last night from 80/20 to 20/20

My internet speed as been perfect up until last night when I noticed videos were buffering alot.
I tried speedtest.net / BT Wholesale test / Googles speedtest and all won't go over 20Mbps now.

The BT advanced test does still show the profile as 77.43 Mbps / 20 Mbps.
I have tried a full reset of the router as the BT openreach box, different network cable (don't use wireless) and even a laptop to test the speeds.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing speed problems.

It looks like there was stuck profile on your account set at 21mbps, which would've been restricting your speeds.
