The problem here is that the settings on the account our side are correct, this isn't an issue that we've been looking into for a year as the circumstances here are new and we only have a handful of examples.

However, there seems to be a systematic ongoing situation of people not getting the speeds they expect until manual intervention on your side.

I agree that there shouldn't need to be manual intervention and although the symptoms are very similar the cause seems to be different. I'm keeping an eye on these examples so I can feed them in to a problem internally if needed to be resolved.
