Slower Speed

Hi
I had fibre installed last week and due to the plusnet router not turning up (still waiting after 2 x weeks?) I have had to plug into an old Billion 7800n, the speeds the engineer got were 37 and 17 although I can now only achieve 25 and 10, the connection also seems a bit erratic and when streamong radio it keeps dropping out, is this to do with the router I am using, line issues or something else please?

The connection seems stable from what I can see.

However the sync speeds are below your estimate of 38mbps.
