Thanks, @bobpullen  - so that doesn't explain the issues being faced by others. I wonder what has caused it? If I get chance later this afternoon, I'll fire-up and test my Windows machine.

@jab1 according to this https://www.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/releases/ very little! Only a bug fix which seems nothing to do with the problem being seen

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Interesting. Also works fine for me using Firefox 102.0.1 on Ubuntu.

@bobpullen I can confirm what @jab1 said earlier, works fine using Firefox 105.0 on Ubuntu.

Given that I was able to login into the Member Centre on the 29th September and Firefox 105.0.1 was released on 23rd September with my install being a day later, I doubt the issue is 100% the fault of the browser.

Right - just logged in - successfully - on my Windows machine - both from the 'Members Centre' option on the Forum page and from a 'saved' direct link. The only oddity was than I had to fill in the username, but that was easy, just a right-click and select from the offered options.

Firefox has stopped working for me but interestingly I can log in to webmail without problems using the same browser and log in credentials..

Yep can log in here in the Community and the Webmail sites, just not the Member Centre using Firefox latest on Windows 10. Clearing cookies didn't change that outcome and given the dates I updated Firefox and last login into the Member Centre, it does point to some work by Plusnet since the 29 September.

Windows 10 Version 21H1 (OS Build 19043.2006)

 

But last updated on 15 September so nothing has changed on my PC since I was last able to  log into the Member Centre using Firefox.

@SpendLessTime So why, if almost everyone seems to be unable to access the Member Centre except me, who isn't even a PN subscriber. As I have said previously, apart from the auto-filling of the user/password fields, I have no issues at all.

Pass on that one but I'm looking at Plusnet to fix it due to all the timings pointing to them changing something over the weekend.
