How to actually contact plusnet?

On the Plusnet help page it says we can message their team on Instagram for help. However, when I do this I just get an autoreply telling me to phone someone.

There doesn't seem to be a livechat feature any more on the website.

So, how does someone like me who can't use the phone actually communicate with someone at Plusnet?

The instagram channel ought not to be there; we are advised that a request to remove it has been raised. @James_B - is there an update on this please?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

The change ticket is in progress now @Townman, so it should be corrected soon.
