So I've tried to call - that failed, sent a message on Twitter - nobody responded. I'm in Italy and just want the domain to be renewed please. Why is nobody responding?
Yes they don't point that out on the TV Advert do they? The Ad should say "Come join Plusnet, we're eager to take your money but after that, you're on yer own" !
