I've logged in to webmail, and there are just a few (7) emails - mostly from Plusnet telling me, monthly, that my PN bill is available. There were just two there yesterday, so the rest have been 'unarchived'!
There is nothing in deleted or other mailboxes.
And still no emails appearing in my MS:Outlook client (silent since 25/5).
I'm pretty sure I'm using POP3, and usually just download to my local client. Not sure what the setting is for deletiob from server.

It's the same webmail login I've always used. Not sure what Metronet is.
No error report when I click 'send/receive' in MS:Outlook; just nothing there to find, apparently

I haven't changed anything, so I'm assuming this is how I've always accessed my account, which is

But, frankly, I'm already past what little technical ability I have (sorry)
And how would that affect the mail delivery to my MS:Outlook client?

I've sent test to your Global email address. I can't check the contents of that.
Your Plusnet one - has in it, the amount you posted earlier and appears to be working fine.
For a test, before looking at outlook, go to webmail.plus.net, enter your full global email address in the top box, your password and select Plusnet in the drop down. See if that shows the emails you are expecting (or my test). Also worth editing out your email address on this page.

Ooops - OK - done that.
I've tried logging in as you said, but get just a message 'login failed'. Can you discern anything from that? I assume that, if the password is wrong then it would say so. I've tried the last two that I know.

Just to confirm, when logging into https://webmail.plus.net are you using your full Globalnet email address and the same password you used to log in to the Madasafish website?

I just tried again to log in to webmail.
Disappointingly, same message in response: 'Login failed'.
I'm sorry, but I need to go to that appointment now. If there's anything else you can do/think of I'd really like to be able to access my email when I return - before the weekend.
