I take it Webmail's down again?

Has been hit and miss for the last few hours. Now, not accessible at all.
Error message: "Your session has expired or is invalid."

Using webmail I can't get beyond the login page which hangs. Nothing showing amiss on Service Status which is why I've ended up here.

Getting the webmail login screen was slow but no problems logging in and displaying various folders for me.

I just tried again, still getting the IMAP server failed, (managed to read that Captcha)

Curiously I can get access through the Windows 8 Mail app.
However I've just tried logging into Webmail from Chrome and counted up 100 seconds while it's still saying "loading..."

I have also been trying to log on to Webmail for 30 minutes with no success.  Keep getting "Connection to IMAP service failed".  I hope Plusnet  sort it out soon.

I wonder how long it will take Plusnet to notice and change the Service Status from "Fine & Dandy" to "Up the Swanee".

As irritating and inconvenient as this outage is, to be fair to them, Plusnet are usually pretty quick to get to work on these issues. However, being a Sunday evening, they've probably got minimal staff available at the moment. Bad timing ...

When I clicked that link it said the gateway is ptn-ag01, I have no idea what that means mind.
