Emails being returned

I've had several emails returned with the following message:

"550 5.7.1 Unfortunately, messages from [89.187.86.66] weren't sent. Please contact your Internet service provider since part of their network is on our block list (S3140). You can also refer your provider to http://mail.live.com/mail/troubleshooting.aspx#errors."

Can anyone help with this, please?

Many thanks.

Anne

Re: Emails being returned

@annevaudin The host you are using to send mail is on a blocklist.

That address 89.187.86.66 is out-vulcan.hostingseries.net , so you appear not to be sending via a Plusnet server.

You need to contact whoever you are using to send your mail.

Fix
This reads like the exact same issue you had a year ago https://community.plus.net/t5/Email/Undelivered-mail/m-p/1858222#M38877

Looks as though there are issues with your mail provider(s).
