You might need to send me one @Dave777 as @MatthewWheeler doesn't work on the forums any more as of yesterday.

All the emails in my inbox have been deleted though? and the warning email I got said "We have therefore archived the contents of the mailbox, please note that new mails will continue to be received."

Hiya @srevisc
I'm sorry for the confusion this is causing. I'm unable to see an email confirming we have archived them, do you mind private messaging me a screenshot of it?

This sounds like an archive action against a mailbox which has not been accessed for 90+ days, as IIRC the storage capacity exceeded archive process does NOT send an email to the archived mailboxes. Also the not accessed archive process does not leave a record of the action in the CRM where @SammyM is likely to have looked / be able to see.
Such is why the guidance at the top of this thread asks users to indicate the nature of the archive
- One following several weeks of warnings about storage usage
- One following the non-use of a mail account for 90 days
The latter is challenging as the not used mailbox needs to be used within 30 days of the archive to find the notification and then stand a chance of having it resurrected.

Hiya @kennethford
I can't see an email stating we have archived them, can you advised what makes you believe this has been done?
