Where is my Plusnet router?

i have recently signed up and have no had to fork out more money to get internet running around the house, i had to spend money on a cable long enough to go through one room into the attic and into my room, Also had to rent a router from a friend because the "2nd router" still has not arrived. I have previously made complaints over the phone about this and was told both times that one would be sent to my house. i still have not had this router sent to my house. CAN SOMEONE HELP AS MY FRIEND IS ASKING FOR THE ROUTER BACK NOW!!!!!!

Does https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=view_details&s=0 show your correct address?

Can you PM me the address this should be sent to? I think the issue is going to be the address we hold has a very long first line so may have caused issues.
