Re: Very slow almost unusable

Nobody can answer that without basic information:

What BB are you on? (ADSL, FTTC, FTTP)
What are your current speeds?
What are they supposed to be?
Have you a phone line?
Have you tested your landline for noise using a phone?
etc.

Hiya @stathe

I'm sorry you are having issues with your connection and for the hassle it will be causing.  My tests are not flagging anything, can you tell me what speed you are receiving?

Re: Very slow almost unusable

Still no useable information!

Is there anyone else available your end who can help out?

WRT "wired phone", all landlines are going to be turned off nationally - not just Plusnet ones. Why exactly do you need such a phone? If you want an easy transition to a home phone then, when the landline is due to be cancelled, you could ask Plusnet to transfer you, without exit fees, to EE and then BT would  arrange for you to have a 'home phone' via their 'Digital Voice' system.

There are though some potential 'issues' with digital home phones.
