I thought I would spend a while on the phone trying to sort this out but have just gone round in circles. One person is saying there is banding on the line and another is saying there is not. The C/S agent is trying to tell me they do not disconnect you when running test yet as he was running the test I was disconnected. God knows what has happened to C/S it was never like this. I wish I had not signed up for another year I've had enough!!
