OK. That suggests you do not have an internet connection on the device you are using.We need to go through this logically - are all the cables between the master socket and Hub secure?
How technically-minded are you, s we can ask the questions so you understand them?
How long have you been a Plusnet customer, and is this a new development?

@jab1 this one is account specific as to why the broadband is not working that's why I popped it in the ticket.
