How long have you been a Plusnet customer, and is this a new development?
OK. When did this start, what router are you using, and is your landline phone quiet - if you have one?
OK. In that case, I suggest you raise a fault. If your phone doesn't work, initially raise a phone fault via: https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/phone/

@willcutforth Anything you can publicly share - I don't see this as a client confidentiality issue?
@jab1 this one is account specific as to why the broadband is not working that's why I popped it in the ticket.
