I can't access Npower website.

I got some weird results

So an MSS of 1465 from here, but I did a trace re incomplete path message
This was rather strange, look how its looping on itself.

As you are using Chrome - do you have the Adblocker plug in installed?
That's a known culprit for this sort of behaviour even on sites without ads to block.
If you have it installed, switch it off, restart browser and try again.

  Solution at last thanks to Adrian,  my PC provider/ super tech wizard.
 
He found that the PC WiFi software had been corrupted and that was the cause of the problem.  He uninstalled it and hey presto. I am back on Npower's site.
The PC is actually working by cable to the router so it was not obvious the the WiFi connection could be the cause of the problem.

It's a one in a million fault. I really wouldn't have guessed that even with the computer in front of me!
