I can't access Npower website.

Is anyone able to confirm (or otherwise) whether they can connect to the energy website http://www.npower.com, please?
I can't,  I have sent several PING tests and they all time out.
Npower support and Plusnet support say it's working fine. 
Mystified, so wondered if anyone else could shed any light...

Unlikely, but does entering the login page directly at https://www.npower.com/At_home/Applications/Npower.Web.Login/login.aspx work?

Don't rely on ping tests, it can means the site doesn't reply to pings.
I can access the site fine but my pings still time out.

No,  I still just get page not available for the site.

Can you access it using the following IP address in the browsers address bar?
http://46.18.118.60

If you browser has manual cookie control/search, delete all cookies for npower.com.  I had that same issue not long ago with amazon.co.uk with Opera, it would load with Firefox/waterfox/chrome but not Opera until I deleted all cookies for it.

I have cleared all my cookies and cache.  Still getting  'This webpage is not available’

Have you checked if the site has been blocked by Plusnet's Safeguard?

Have you tried accessing the site form a different PC / tablet / phone on the same network ?

I too can't access this site using it's dns hostname,(unless i use a proxy) but using its IP address works for me i am not using plusnet's dns and don't use safeguard as there is enough of the internet blocked without using that
I did notice that it is routed via level3

Silly one, but have you tried dropping that ip just incase ?

I do not use Safeguard.
Yes,  I can access Npower on my tablet PC over the same network.
